The recent addition of air conditioning in the spacious hall is perfect for a young family. It heats the whole house, but for extra warmth there is a log fire in the lounge & this room opens to the dining room. Polished rimu floors & door frames create a warm atmosphere & the new carpet looks great. There are 3 double bedrooms, a modernized bathroom & toilet plus a second toilet off the laundry. Just a small amount of painting to be finished, but the owners have found another home so have to leave that to you.
