Upsize Me! PLEASE!! I may be a small three bedroom, one bathroom bungalow that hasn't seen anything new (apart from my concrete tile roof a couple of years ago), but I'm as solid as a brick how's your father! In fact double brick with concrete plaster. Built back in the 1920's, when houses were built to last, a great deal of local material was put into my structure; native timber (just feel my beautiful kauri floors), window joinery (rimu) and don't forget my double brick exterior that probably came from the New Lynn brickworks of the time. I am absolutely ready to take all that you're willing to do me; the 567m² land upon which I sit says there's heaps of room to add to my old bones....c'mon, revitalize me, refurbish and upsize me; and what a great home I'll be. Double Grammar zones just has to be the icing on the cake......doesn't it??
