I Want I Need ......
A new family to move in and enjoy my home comforts. My owners are moving out of Auckland and I need someone else to love and take good care of me.
I have recently been renovated with a lovely new modern kitchen, stylish bathroom and an absolutely fabulous deck with a northerly aspect to spend those lovely summer evenings around the barbeque.
I'm a great family home, fully fenced on a 607sqm section with even a sleepout come entertainer's room in the backyard. I also boast a lovely woodburner to keep the family cosy and warm during these cold winter evenings.
