Lance Pemberton has 33 years of experience in business, sales and marketing and a proud record as a top sales performer in such diverse markets as retail, wholesale, franchising, import/export and real estate.
In the 1980´s he established two successful businesses, one importing hi-fi and telephone equipment, the other selling fresh cut flowers to dairies and service stations, through franchisees around the North Island.
In 1991, Lance discovered his passion for real estate, beginning a career that has seen him consistently a top performer in Auckland. In 1993 he joined Barfoot & Thompson, and was the “number one highest paid new entrant†that year, and has consistently ranked among the top salespeople in the real estate industry highly regarded for his honesty and frankness.
