Bob is a specialist in the sales and purchasing of small and medium sized businesses.
His experience in the regulatory field of local government means he is up to date with the regulatory issues that the commercial property developer and business owner faces in Wanganui.
His early experience in real estate began in the 1990’s when as Estate Manager for the Manawatu-Wanganui Area Heath Board he was responsible for the sale of surplus property and for the purchase of buildings in for areas of growth for the Board. He has had an interest in real estate since then.
He has two degrees and post-graduate diplomas from Massey University.
