Having gained valuable experience working through the difficult markets of the late 80’s and during 1991, 1996, 1998, Carl understands what it takes to help his clients realise their property goals in any market.
Carl’s particular forte is skillful negotiation. He has an innate ability to understand, evaluate and communicate points of view, bringing vendor and purchaser together for a successful outcome. While having a name for helping his clients’ achieve a good price for their property, Carl is committed to being fair and acting with integrity throughout the process – a stance that has won the trust and respect of many satisfied clients.

Holding an honours degree in engineering, Carl brings his analytical background to real estate by “thinking outside the square†when preparing marketing campaigns, negotiating or problem solving.
