Jenny and I started our real estate careers in 2000, both working for real estate firms in the Bay of Plenty. During this time the market was in a downturn. Being new to Bay of Plenty and knowing very few people I became a specialist at selling property which other firms had tried and failed to sell. While Jenny up-skilled in her real estate administration role I set about constantly improving my marketing and selling skills. I quickly rose through the ranks and within 18 months I had become the top performing agent in my firm. This achievement also placed me within the top 10% of Agents in a network with over 630 offices throughout Australasia. In late 2003 we decided it was time for a new challenge so the decision was made to move back to our home town of Napier. I became a fulltime property investor while Jenny worked in local real estate in the role of administration and marketing co-ordination. Over the next four years we went on to renovate and subdivide a number of Hawke’s Bay properties. Seeking a new challenge Jenny and I have returned to real estate. We are working in our dream job, and we get great satisfaction from helping others achieve their property goals. We hope that one day we can help you to achieve your property goals also.
